Terms of service

It is prohibited to use, replicate, re-purpose and re-sell any item, photo, art or writing without the expressed permission from the company and the owner Gaia Patrizio. Copyright of the material belongs to Gaia Patrizio and Noel Hansson and must not be used in any way other than the one intended. It is prohibited to feed any photo, art or piece of writing to any AI model that might generate a direct copy or material inspired by the original as a result. Anyone infringing on the copyright will be asked to stop and might incur into legal action if the behaviour continues.  

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

If you signed up for the Mail Club Subscription Service, your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the payment for that month has been processed. You can cancel anytime, however if you do so after the monthly subscription renewal date, your order for that month will not be refundable and you will still receive the item you paid for. Your cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays and we cannot predict the exact date the items will be delivered. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
